GARLIC-STUFFED MUSHROOMS

12 large mushrooms
1 tbsp butter, melted
1 (4 oz) pkg goat cheese, softened
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp dried rosemary
1/4 tsp salt and dried basil or thyme
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tbsp butter, melted
2 tbsp dry white wine
Clean mushrooms with a damp paper towel. Remove and chop stems; set caps aside. Saute stems in butter until tender; set aside. Add caps to skillet, and saute 2 minutes on each side; drain on paper towels.
Combine cheese and remaining ingredients in a small bowl; stir until blended. Stir in chopped stems. Spoon mixture evenly into caps. Place mushrooms on an ungreased baking sheet; broil 5 1/2 inch from heat 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve hot. Serves 4
