GARLIC AND SHRIMP STUFFED MUSHROOMS

12 large mushrooms, stems removed and chopped
4 tbsp butter
2 scallions or green onions, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp seasoned bread crumbs and grated parmesan cheese
1/3 cup tiny shrimp

Preheat oven to 450. Clean mushrooms. Saute stems, 2 tbsp butter and scallions until tender. Toss in shrimp, bread crumbs, cheese, garlic and butter. Add salt and pepper, to taste. Stir until butter melts and absorbed in mixture. Stuff each mushroom making a cap with the filling. Place on a butter baking dish and bake for 15 minutes or until heated through.
