RITZY CHICKEN

1 chicken, cut up
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 small box Ritz crackers, crushed
Salt and pepper

Season chicken with salt and pepper. Dip chicken pieces in the melted butter and roll in cracker crumbs. Put in baking dish; cover with foil tightly. Bake 45 minutes at 375. Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer.
