1 (21 oz) can apple pie filling
1 (18.25 oz) pkg apple and cinnamon muffin mix
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp ground cinnamon, or to taste
Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 13x9 inch baking pan. Mix pie filling with ground cinnamon. Pour into pan. Sprinkle with muffin mix. In a saucepan, melt the butter and pour evenly over the top of the cake. Sprinkle with additional cinnamon, if desired. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot with ice cream.
