APPLE CIDER CAKE

1 pkg yellow cake mix
1 (3.5 oz) pkg vanilla instant pudding mix
4 large eggs
1 cup apple cider
1/2 cup oil
3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground cloves

Glaze
1 cup confectioners sugar
2 tbsp apple cider
1/2 tsp grated lemon zest

Preheat oven to 350. Grease a Bundt pan and dust with flour. Shaking out excess. Mix together cake ingredients and beat on low for 30 seconds to incorporate ingredients, the scrape down sides of bowl and increase mixer to medium, beating two minutes or until lightened. Pour batter into pan and bake 45-48 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, place glaze ingredients in a saucepan over low heat. Stir and heat until mixture is smooth. Turn the cake out onto a cake plate and while still warm, pour glaze over cake. Slice and serve.
