BEEF PINWHEELS I

3/4 cup oil
2/3 cup water
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp lemon pepper
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
4 drops hot pepper sauce
1 (2 – 2 1/2 lb) flank steak, trimmed or boneless sirloin
In a large bowl, combine first 6 ingredients; set aside. Pour steak on each side and cut into 1/2 inch strips on diagonal; add to marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. Divide meat strips into 8 portions. Roll and shape strips, using larger strips around edges into pinwheels. Secure each with a skewer. Grill over hot coals for 5-6 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
