TEX-MEX MARINADE

1 cup Cabernet Sauvignon wine
1/3 cup lime juice
1/4 cup hot pepper sauce
2 tbsp minced garlic
2 tsp salt

In a medium bowl, combine all the ; mix well. Cover and marinate the meat in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours or overnight, then cook as desired. Unused marinades (those that have not come in contact with any raw meat or meat juices) should last for several weeks in your refrigerator. Discard leftover used marinades. (about 1 2/3 cups)
