TERIYAKI MARINADE

3/4 cups teriyaki sauce
2 tbsp dry sherry
1 tbsp chopped fresh ginger

In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients; mix well.

NOTE: Use as a marinade for your favorite meat, marinating for at least 6 to 8 hours or overnight in a resealable plastic storage bag, turning occasionally. (about 3/4 cup)
