3 1/2 cups pineapple juice
1 cup soy sauce
1 cup dry white wine
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
3/4 cup sugar
2 tsp garlic, minced fine
Combine all ingredients and pour over meat. Allow to sit overnight in the refrigerator, tuning occasionally.
