ORANGE GLAZED CHICKEN

1/2 cup chicken broth
2 tbsp orange marmalade
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp grated orange peel
3/4 tsp cornstarch
1/4 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
2 boneless skinless, chicken breast halves

In a medium bowl, whisk together the first 8 ingredients. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add chicken; cook 5 minutes or until golden brown, turning once. Add broth mixture. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and simmer 8 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in the center. Serves 2
