BRONZED TILAPIA

1 tsp salt
3/4 tsp sweet paprika, onion powder and dry mustard
1/2 tsp garlic powder, white pepper, ground cumin ,crushed basil leaves and oregano leaves
1/4 tsp black pepper and crushed thyme leaves
1 1/2 tsp olive oil
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Sprinkle each side of fillet with 1/2 tsp of this mixture. Preheat skillet, preferably non-stick, over high heat. Drizzle olive oil in pan can use less. Cook 2-3 minutes on each side turn once. NOTE: Also good on boneless chicken breast that can be cut up afterwards and used in a green salad.
