CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES

1 cup butter
1 cup sugar and packed brown sugar
1 cup extra crunch peanut butter
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder and baking soda
1 cup milk chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350. Combine first 4 ingredients and beat until well blended. Beat in eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition and vanilla until blended.

Combine dry ingredients and mix into creamed mixture until just blended. Stir in chocolate chips and drop dough by rounded tbspfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minute sor until edges are lightly browned. Do not overbake. Cool 2 minutes on baking sheet before removing from pan to cool completely.
