LEMON LIME BARBECUE MARINADE

1/2 cup lime juice or lemon juice or combination
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 tsp salt
1 clove garlic, mashed
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp thyme leaves
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp onion -- finely chopped

Mix all ingredients and let set for 2 hours to allow flavors to blend -- BEFORE adding meat. (If using injector -- puree all ingredients first.) Yield: 3/4 cup
