GREEK BEEF AND SPINACH CASSEROLE

8 (10 oz) pkg frozen spinach, thawed, drained and squeezed dry
2 lbs ground beef
1 lb ground pork sausage
10 stalks celery, chopped
1 onion, chopped
5 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tsp ground cinnamon, cloves and allspice
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 (15 oz) can medium whole black pitted olives
Preheat oven to 350. Chop spinach to about the size of confetti. Squeeze spinach again for any liquid.
Brown meats, about 15 minutes. Add vegetables and garlic. Continue to cook until vegetables are translucent, about 5 minutes. Drain well. Add spinach and combine well. Add broth, seasonings and olives. Spoon into a casserole dish and cover. Bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Serves 12
