TURKEY MORNAY ON BROCCOLI

1 (10 oz) pkg frozen broccoli
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
1 cup chicken or turkey broth
1/2 cup half-and-half and dry white wine
Salt and pepper, to taste
Dash Worcestershire sauce
2 cups chopped or sliced turkey
1 cup chopped or sliced ham
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup ground nuts

Cook broccoli until barely tender; drain. Place in a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish; cover with meats.

Sauce: Melt butter and stir in flour. Add broth and half-and-half and cook until thick and smooth; stirring until thick and smooth; stirring constantly. Stir in wine, salt and pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over meats. Mix together remaining ingredients and sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 until mixture is bubbly.
