CHICKEN FAJITA LASAGNA

4 large chicken breasts, thinly sliced
1 small onion and green or red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 jar salsa
1 can crushed tomatoes
1 packet fajita seasonings
2 pkg finely shredded Mexican blend cheese
1 box lasagna, cooked al dente, drained

While pasts is cooking, saute bell pepper, 1/2 onion, chicken seasoning mix, until chicken is done. Set aside. Drain noodles well.

In a baking dish, begin layering: ladle some salsa in bottom of dish, noodles, salsa, chicken and cheese. Continue layering until last layer is cheese. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
