SWISS BLISS

1/2 tbsp butter
2 lbs chuck steak, 1 inch thick, cut into serving pieces
1 envelope onion soup mix
1/2 green pepper, sliced
1 (1 lb) can tomatoes, chopped, reserve liquid
1/4 tsp pepper and salt
1/2 cup reserved tomato juice
1 tbsp A-1 Steak Sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch

Preheat oven to 375. Spread 20 inch sheet of foil with butter and add steak, overlapping slightly. Sprinkle with next onion soup mix, chopped tomatoes, salt and pepper. Mix tomato juice, steak sauce and cornstarch. Pour over meat and seal with foil tightly. Bake for 2 hours. Serves 8
