MARTINI CHICKEN LINGUINI

Category: Pasta - Meat

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips and seasoned with salt and pepperand dusted flour
1/4 cup oil
2 oz gin
1/2 oz vermouth
1/2 cup stuffed olive slices
1 can chicken broth
12 oz linguini, cooked al dente, drained

Brown chicken in oil. Warm gin in a small container over hot, not boiling. water. Placea large metal spoon in center of skillet and pour in warm gin. Ignite and slowly stir until flames dies down. Add remaining ingredients except pasta and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Toss pasta with sauce and serve. Serves 4
