BARBECUED BAKED RUM RIBS

4 lb spareribs
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tsp dry mustard
1/4 cup dark rum
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup chili sauce
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
Pepper

Wrap ribs in double thickness of foil and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350. Drain drippings. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs. Marinate at room temperature for 1 hour. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, basting with sauce.
