CHICKEN FETTUCCINE ALFREDO

2 cups whipping cream
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp garlic and herb seasoning
Dash season salt, pepper and
Garnish: nutmeg
12 oz pkg fettuccine

Put cream, butter and seasonings in a large pot, bring to a boil, stir frequently. Simmer for about 10 minutes. Cook noodles al dente. When noodles are done, add cheese to Alfredo, stir, then add Alfredo to noodles, let sit for a few minutes (Alfredo will thicken) add more cheese if necessary. Serve on a platter. Sprinkle with a dash of nutmeg.

NOTE: Good served with grilled chicken.
