HONEY APPLE PORK CHOPS

4 pork chops, 8 oz each

Marinade
1 1/2 cups apple cider
1/4 cup lemon juice and soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
1 clover garlic, minced
1/4 tsp pepper

Prepare marinade in a resealable bag. Add pork, turning to coat. Seal bag and refrigerate at least 4 hours but no longer than 24. Reserve marinade. Place chops on a grill approximately 6 inch above low to medium coals. Grill for 40-50 minutes, turning and basting with marinade every 10-15 minutes.
