HONEY AND HERB GRILLED PORK

Category: Pork I - Tenderloins and Roasts


1 3-4 lb pork roast or 2 pork tenderloins

Marinade:
1/2 cup honey
1 cup beer
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tsp rosemary
1/4 cup oil
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

Mix marinade ingredients in a plastic bag, adding pork. Marinate for several hours or overnight. Bake at 250 for 4 hours or grill over low heat temperature of 160. Bring leftover marinade to a boil, then cover and simmer for 2-3 minutes and serve with roast.
