Shelly's Recipe

*SWEET POTATO BALLS*

Category: Sweet Potatoes

2 cups mashed sweet potatoes
12-14 large marshmallows
3/4 cup roughly crushed corn flakes
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 tbsp milk
1/4 cup butter

Mold a spoonful of potatoes around each marshmallow and roll in corn flakes. Place in a shallow 1 1/2 quart baking dish that has been coated with cooking spray. In a saucepan, bring next 3 ingredients to a boil and pour over sweet potatoes. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 12-15 minutes.
