RASBERRY/BLACKBERRY MUFFINS WITH STRUESEL TOPPING

1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 2/4 cup flour
1/4 cup packed brown and sugars
2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp grated lemon peel
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup fresh blackberries and raspberries

Streusel Topping
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup chopped pecans
2 tsp flour
1 tsp butter, softened
1 tsp grated lemon peel

Heat oven to 400. Prepare streusel topping by combining all the ingredients. Grease bottoms only of muffin pan. Beat egg in large bowl with fork. Stir in butter and milk. Stir in remaining ingredients except berries. Fold in berries being careful not to break them up. Divide dough into muffin pan and bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand 5 minutes before removing from pan.
