2 cups flour
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp ground cinnamon and ginger
3/4 tsp salt
Pinch ground allspice
3/4 cup pumpkin puree
1 egg
2/3 cup milk
3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 375. Coat muffin pan with cooking spray. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, beat together pumpkin and next 4 ingredients. Pour into flour mixture; stir until well combined. Fold in chocolate chips. Divide among prepared muffin cups. Bake for 25 minutes.
