TURTLE PIE

Category: Pies - Frozen

18 chocolate wafer cookies, finely ground
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup chocolate fudge topping
6 cups pecan-praline ice cream, slightly softened
1/2 cup butterscotch sauce and chopped pecans
Whipped cream

Mix together cookie crumbs and melted butter and press into a 9 inch pie pan. Freeze until cold for 20 minutes. Spread fudge topping evenly over the bottom of the crust. Spoon ice cream over fudge layer. Smooth top.

Freeze until firm, at least 4 hours or overnight. Spread butterscotch topping over ice cream and sprinkle with pecans. Spoon whipped topping over top. Serve.
