BASIL CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE

1 can chicken broth
1 (16 oz) can stewed tomatoes
2 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp dried basil leaves, crushed
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
1 1/2 cups quick-cooking rice, uncooked
1 cup frozen peas
1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce

In a 3-quart saucepan over high heat, heat first 4 ingredients to boiling. Add remaining ingredients and return to boiling. Remove from heat. Cover; let stand 5 minutes or until most of liquid is absorbed. Fluff rice with fork before serving. Serves 4
