BALSAMIC CHICKEN

2-3 lbs chickens, quartered
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
4 garlic cloves, crushed
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp coarse ground pepper

Place chicken in large resealable bag, pour balsamic vinegar over chicken. Add crushed garlic. Cover and chill 2 to 3 hours, turning once. Remove chicken from the vinegar; rub with oil. Combine remaining ingredients; stir well. Sprinkle seasonings over chicken. Place chicken skin side up on grill; cook over medium-hot coals for 45 minutes or until done, turning once to avoid burning. Serves 8
