CARROT RAISIN SALAD

4 cups shredded carrots
3/4 to 1 1/2 cups raisins
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1 small can pineapple tidbits, drained
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup salad dressing
2 tbsp sugar
2 to 3 tbsp milk

Place first 5 ingredients in a bowl. In another bowl, mix together salad dressing, sugar and enough milk to reach a salad dressing consistency. Pour over carrot mixture and toss to coat. Serves 8.
