CANTALOUPE WITH CHICKEN SALAD

2 cups cubed cooked chicken
1 1/2 - 2 cups fresh blueberries
1 cup sliced celery and seedless green grapes, halved
1/2 cup sliced almonds
3 cantaloupe, halved and seeded

Dressing
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp lemon peel and sugar
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp salt

In a large bowl, combine salad ingredients except cantaloupe. In a small bowl, mix dressing ingredients and pour over chicken and toss gently. Spoon mixture into cantaloupe halves. Serves 6
