1 large can sliced pineapple, cut in small pieces
1 cup nuts, chopped fine
1/3 cup cherries, cut fine
1 cup whipped cream
18 marshmallows, cut fine
Dressing
2 egg yolks
2 tbsp sugar and lemon juice
Pinch salt
Combine dressing ingredients in a saucepan and cook until thick. When cooked, add to whipped cream and mix in salad ingredients. Let stand 3-4 hours or overnight before serving.
