1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 eggs
1/4 tsp ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 3/4 cup flour
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup pumpkin (1/2 of a 15 oz can)
3/4 cup chopped nuts
3/4 cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350. Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs and spices. Mix well. Add dry ingredients and pumpkin. Mix together. Stir in nuts and chips. Spray muffin pan with cooking spray. Fill 3/4ths full. Bake for 25 minutes.
