TOPSY TURVEY DELIGHTS

2 cups wheat chex cereal, crushed to 1 1/4 cups
1 cup flaked coconut
1/2 cup golden raisins
1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking soda and cinnamon
1/2 cup butter and brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 tsp shortening

Heat oven to 350. Grease 36 miniature muffin cups.

In a medium bowl, combine cereal and next 5 ingredients; mix well and set aside. In a small saucepan, combine next 3 ingredients. Cook over medium heat, stirring until butter melts and sugar is dissolved. Pour over cereal mixture, stirring until well combined.

Place 1 tbsp mixture into each prepared muffin cup; press firmly onto bottom and sides. Bake 12-14 minutes or until golden brown. Cool I pan 10 minutes. Loosen edges; remove. Cool completely.

In a saucepan, melt chips and shortening; stir until smooth. Remove form heat. Dip bottoms of baked cups into chocolate; allow excess chocolate to drip off. Cool chocolate side up. Decorate with almonds, powdered sugar or chocolate drizzle.
