TOLL HOUSE PARTY MIX

2 cups crispy corn cereal squares and small pretzel twists
1 cup dry-roasted peanuts
20 individually wrapped caramels, unwrapped, coarsely chopped
1 1/2 - 2 cups chocolate chips

Coat a 13x9 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Microwave chips on high for 1 minute; stir.

Microwave an additional 10-20 second intervals, stirring until smooth. Pour over cereal mixture; stir to coat evenly. Spread mixture in a prepared baking pan; cool for 30 to 45 minutes or until firm. Break into bite-size pieces.
