1 1/2 cups shredded cheese for tacos
1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter, softened
Paprika or chili powder
Shredded Parmesan cheese

Combine first 3 ingredients. Beat until dough forms a ball. Wrap dough in plastic wrap; refrigerate 30 minutes.

On lightly floured surface, roll dough (half at a time) to 1/4 inch thickness. Cut out into small squares. Transfer to ungreased baking sheet. Spoon about 1/8 tsp paprika onto each cracker. Rub mixture evenly into tough. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Bake at 375 for 10minutes or until set. Let stand on baking sheet 1 minute; transfer to wire rack; cool completely. Store in airtight container in refrigerator up to 3 days.
