SWEET AND CRUNCHY MIX

8 cups cereal (Cheerios, Kix Chex, etc)
8 oz mixed nuts
9 oz pretzel sticks
1 cup butter and light corn syrup
2 cups brown sugar

Mix dry ingredients in large bowl. In a large saucepan, melt butter, corn syrup and sugar, boil 1 1/2 minutes. Stir into cereal mixture and divide into 2 (13x9 inch) baking dishes. Bake at 350 for 8 minutes. Stir, bake 8 more minutes. Spread on foil to cool. Break up and store in refrigerator.
