SUGAR BOURBON PECANS

1 cup sugar
1/4 tsp nutmeg, cinnamon and salt
1/2 cup bourbon and water
2 cups pecan halves

Cook first 6 ingredients together until the mixture reaches soft ball stage. Stir in pecans and spread out on wax paper to cool.
