2 cups snack crackers and pretzel sticks
1/2 cup seedless raisins
1/4 cup Pecans, finely chopped
1 egg white, beaten
2 tsp water
1/2 tsp grated lemon peel
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Mix crackers, pretzels, raisins and pecans in large bowl. Blend beaten egg white, water and lemon peel in small bowl. Drizzle egg mixture over cracker mixture, tossing to coat well. Mix sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over cracker mixture, tossing to coat well.
Spread mixture in single layer on a foil-lined and greased baking sheet. Bake at 325 for 18 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cool; store in airtight container.
