1 cup natural whole almonds
1 tbsp instant minced onion
2-3 tbsp butter
Grated peel of 1 lemon
1 tbsp dried parsley leaves, crushed
1/2 tsp seasoned salt and garlic salt
4 cups assorted bite-size cereals
Small cheddar cheese crackers
Pretzel sticks
In a large skillet, saute almonds and onion in butter until lightly toasted. Add next 4 ingredients; mix well. Add cereal, heat, stirring until well coated with butter mixture. Cool. Makes 5 cups.
