RUM PECANS

Category: Snacks / Crackers / Chips

2 cups pecan halves
1/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp dark rum
2 tsp instant coffee
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Dash salt

Combine ingredients in a saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, about 15 minutes, until sugar is melted and nuts are well coated. Pour out onto an oil wax paper and separate halves of pecans as they cool.
