PARMESAN MIX

1/4 cup butter
1 pkg Italian salad dressing mix
8 cups Crispix cereal
1 cup bite-size cheese crackers
1 cup pretzels
1/f cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 250. Melt butter in roasting pan in oven. Stir in dressing mix. Gradually add remaining ingredients, stirring until all pieces are evenly coated. Bake 30 minutes, stirring after 15 minutes. Sprinkle cheese evenly over cereal mixture; mix well. Spread on paper towel to cool. Store in airtight container.
