MILK CHOCOLATE POPCORN

12 cups popped popcorn
2 1/2 cups (12 oz can) salted peanuts
1 3/4 cup milk chocolate chips
1 cup light corn syrup
1/4 cup butter
Preheat oven to 300. Combine popcorn and nuts on a large roasting pan that has been greased.
Combine chips, corn syrup and butter in a medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils. Pour over popcorn and toss well to coat.
Bake, stirring frequently, 30-40 minutes. Cool slightly in pan. Remove to a serving plate that is lined with waxed paper. Store in airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
