MEXICAN SPICED NUTS

3/4 cup powder sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt, ground cloves, ground red pepper and allspice
1 egg white
2 tbsp cold water
1 cup pecan halves

Combine first 7 ingredients in a small bowl. Whisk egg white lightly; add 2 tbsp water, whisking mixture until blended. Dip pecan halves into egg white mixture. Drain well with a slotted spoon. Dredge in sugar mixture. Place nuts in a single layer on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at 250 for 1 1/2 hours.
