HONEY GLAZED MUNCH MIX

5 cups popped popcorn
2 cups chex corn cereal
1/2 cup peanuts and almonds
1/4 cup raisins, honey and butter
1/4 tsp vanilla

Preheat oven to 250. Combine first 5 ingredients in a large roasting pan; set aside.

In a saucepan, combine next 3 ingredients and stir until butter is melted. Drizzle over popcorn mixture; stir to coat. Bake in oven 5-10 minutes or until popcorn is crisp, stirring every 2 minutes. Spread on foil to cool. Store in loosely covered container.
