1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup skim milk
8 oz plain yogurt
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 pound shrimp, cleaned - cooked - coarsely chopped
1 stalk celery chopped
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tbsp dijon mustard
2 tbsp snipped fresh dill
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

In small saucepan, sprinkle unflavored gelatin over milk; let stand 1 minute. Stir over low heat until gelatin is completely dissolved, about 3 minutes.

In large bowl, with wire whisk, thoroughly blend gelatin mixture, yogurt and mayonnaise. Stir in remaining ingredients and turn into 4-cup bowl or mold - chill until firm - about 3 hours.

Unmold and serve with crackers or cocktail bread. Makes 4 cups spread.
