FIESTA CHEESE DIP

Category: Dips - Hot

2 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
1 (8 oz) container sour cream
1 tbsp. green onions, chopped
1/2 tsp. ground red pepper

Combine all ingredients and mix with a hand mixer until smooth. Place in a small baking dish and bake for 20 minutes at 350. Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
