*TORTILLA CRUNCHY CHICKEN*

1 envelope Lipton Fiesta her and red pepper sour mix
1 cup finely crushed tortilla chips
1 egg
1 whole chicken, cut into serving pieces
2 tbsp water
2 tbsp butter, melted

Preheat oven to 400. In a bowl, combine soup mix and chips. Dip chicken in egg beaten with water; the tortilla mixture, coating each piece well. Place in a 13x9 inch baking pan, sprayed with cooking spray. Drizzle with butter and bake, uncovered, 40 minutes or until chicken is done.
