2 tbsp milk
1 (1 1/2 oz) envelope spaghetti sauce mix
1/4 cup flour
2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1 chicken, cut into serving pieces
Oil

Heat oil in a skillet. While oil is heating, beat egg and milk in a shallow bowl. Combine sauce mix, flour and cheese; mix well. Dip chicken into egg mixture then into dry mixture. Fry in skillet for about 20 minutes, turning to brown evenly. Cover; cook for 20-30 minutes or until tender.
