GARLIC ROASTED CHICKEN

1 pkg Lipton Garlic Mushroom Soup mix
2 tbsp olive oil
1 chicken cut into serving pieces
1/2 cup water

Preheat oven to 425. In a bowl, combine soup mix and oil. Add chicken and toss to evenly coat. Place in bottom of broiler pan and roast chicken for 40 minutes, basting occasionally for about 40 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Remove chicken to serving platter. Add water to pan and stir, scraping brown bits from bottom of pan and serve sauce over chicken.
