PIZZA SWISS STEAK

1/3 cup flour
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper and garlic powder
2 lbs cube steak, cut into bite-size pieces
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 medium onion, halved and sliced
1 medium-size green bell pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 lb sliced mushrooms
1 (15-oz) can pizza sauce
1 (8-oz) can basil-garlic tomato sauce
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Combine first 4 ingredients. Dredge steak in flour mixture.

Brown steak, in batches, in hot oil in a large skillet over high heat 1 to 2 minutes on each side. Remove steak from skillet, and place in a lightly greased 13x9 inch baking dish.

Saute vegetables in skillet over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until tender. Add sauces, and simmer 15 minutes; pour over steak. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with cheese; bake 15 minutes or until cheese melts. Serves 4-6
